Self-hosted

Self-hosted. The computer is yours.

Run on your Mac, or any machine you control. The desktop app's This computer option installs Rakazo there. A Mac Mini can stay on. Your keys, your model, your data.

Your model

Sign in with Claude Pro/Max (Sonnet or Opus) or ChatGPT Plus/Pro, or use an Anthropic or OpenAI API key. OpenRouter, Grok or SuperGrok, and Ollama or LM Studio work too. Swap per bot: the cheap one triages, the smart one writes.

Readable routines

Show a bot a workflow once and it saves a routine as plain Markdown you can read, edit, and commit.

Approvals that hold

Set what a bot may do alone and what it must ask about. Every action lands in an audit log you own.

FAQ

Can I use my Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Plus/Pro subscription?

Yes — sign in with that subscription, or use an API key / OpenRouter / a local OpenAI-compatible server (Ollama, LM Studio, etc.). Rakazo does not pay the model bill.

Do I need an API key if I already pay for Claude or ChatGPT?

No. Sign in with Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Plus/Pro and that subscription covers the model. An API key is the other path, for Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or Grok. Rakazo does not pay either way.

Can I run a local model?

Yes. Point a bot at a local OpenAI-compatible server such as Ollama or LM Studio. Each bot can use a different model.

Bot Templates

Give each bot a job

Start a new bot and it interviews you. A few questions about the work, how you write, and where it lives. Then it gets going.

Sales Outbound

Researches accounts overnight, scores intent, drafts in your voice, leaves a review list.

Inbox Manager

Archives the noise, replies to routine threads, parks drafts that need your read.

Talent Scout

Reads every applicant, shortlists against your bar, writes the intro emails.

Expense Manager

Matches receipts to charges, files the report, asks before guessing.

Coding Agent

Interviews you about the repo and the change, then works on your machine and checks back before going further.

Account Manager

Keeps renewal context, answers known questions, escalates the rest.

Paid Media

Watches spend daily, pauses what is not converting, reports what changed.

Chief of Staff

Runs the week: briefings, bookings, and handoffs between your other bots.
